Luke has been our builder since we purchased our home 10 years ago. He has renovated our kitchen, bathroom & removed walls to utilise space and most recently helped find the space for a combined butlers pantry, laundry and 2nd bathroom. Luke has always had a professional approach in his work and quality is always a priority. I whole heartedly recommend Luke Borg of LJB Building & Carpentry. I renovated my whole home, except for the bedrooms, in August/September 2024. It was such a smooth process, where I used Luke to coordinate and manage the whole renovation, adding in a few extra requests along the way, it was never a problem. As he said, anything could be done, though “anything” can have a price. In saying that he gave options for me to decide on. It seems to be unheard of but he even finished ahead of schedule. The communication throughout was good and open, without being invasive. Luke was thorough and had the highest of expectations from the trade people who worked on my renovation. His attention to detail identified a few minor areas to fix up which I didn’t even notice. The end result was my perfect renovation that went beyond my expectations. As an added bonus he’s a real nice guy. No wonder he was recommended on the Winston Hills community Facebook page and now, I too, highly recommend him.

I have used LJB Builders for a number of years& more recently have had my bathrooms fully renovated. Luke is very professional, works at a very high standard & expects the same from his team. The tradesmen were fantastic. Luke is easy to talk to, explains everything & kept me updated throughout the whole process. constantly checking that the job was running smoothly . Any questions or issues I had were always resolved. I was impressed by the quality of the work and work was finished on schedule. The job site was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & final clean was amazing. I am extremely happy with the work Luke has done for me over the years & highly recommend him.
